U.S. Rep Troy Nehls, R., Tex.; tears apart Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg during a recent Congressional hearing, which Congressman Nehls asked Buttigieg about the “mental competency” of President Joe Biden, such as invoking the 25th Amendment to remove him from office, in relationship to similar comments Buttigieg made against former president Donald Trump.
